Wholesale Requirements
To maintain the integrity of our brand and support our retail partners fairly, all approved wholesale accounts must adhere to the following policies:
Minimum Opening Order

Opening wholesale order minimum: $400

Reorder minimum: $200
Approved Retailers Only
Wholesale purchasing is available exclusively to:

Event vendors

Licensed businesses
We reserve the right to approve or deny wholesale applications at our discretion.
Keystone Pricing Structure
Our wholesale pricing follows a standard keystone model unless otherwise noted.
Standard Keystone Formula
Wholesale pricing is generally set at:
50% of Suggested Retail Price (MSRP)

MAP (Minimum Advertised Pricing) Policy
To protect all and maintain fair competition:

Retailers may not publicly advertise products below MSRP

Clearance or live-sale promotions exceeding this amount should be temporary and not habitual

Persistent undercutting may result in termination of wholesale privileges
Product Categories & Pricing Notes
Because crystals and minerals vary in rarity, sourcing, and craftsmanship, some categories may not follow standard keystone margins.
The following may carry adjusted margins:

High-end carvings

Custom curated inventory

Precious mineral combinations

One-of-a-kind statement pieces
These items will be individually marked when applicable.
Resale Guidelines
Retailers may:

Sell products in-store

Sell products online

Use product photography for promotional purposes
Retailers may not:

Claim products as self-mined or self-produced

Alter branding on packaged items

Resell wholesale lots to other wholesalers
Shipping & Fulfillment

Orders are processed in the order received

Typical fulfillment time: 3–10 business days

Large event-season orders may require additional processing time

Shipping costs are calculated separately unless otherwise stated
The Tiny Bee Co is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or damages once shipments are accepted by the carrier.

Any damaged or incorrect items must be reported within:
5 business days of delivery
