Refund policy

Returns:

• Returns accepted for 30 days
• Return shipping to be paid by customer.
• No restocking fee
• Final sale items: Soaps, salves, balms, and sea sponges cannot be returned

Refunds: 

• If a crystal arrives broken, email and let us know within one (1) week of delivery.
• In your email provide your order number and photos of your broken crystal.
• Upon review, refund or replacement may be granted.
